4TH ANNUAL CHARLOTTE P. REED MEMORIAL Q FOR KIDS

This annual event is held at Lykes Gaslight Park in downtown Tampa. Over 700 business people, friends of our program and Guardian volunteers join us and the Guardian Program to recognize the enormous commitment of the volunteers, donors and private foundations who support the Guardian ad Litem Program. This year, the Mayor of Tampa and Sheriff David Gee will be attending this event, along with entertainment by Rampello Downtown Partnership School. This is an awareness event to help recruit additional Guardian volunteers so that one day 100% of our children will have someone to advocate for their best interest.

Every year VFC and the Guardian ad Litem program recognize the efforts of over 350 volunteer guardians who work tirelessly for the children they are representing who are place d in the foster care system. Typically this event is catered and awards are given in different categories recognizing anyone who has gone above and beyond for the children they represent. This event has been a wonderful tool for us in retaining our existing volunteers.
7th ANNUAL CHAMPION FOR CHILDREN

Our annual toy drive collects gifts and donations for our GAL children. Please join us in helping the abused and neglected children in our community have a happier holiday season.
